Mr. Larry A. Penn is passionate about oil & gas, human capital, law, diversity, inclusion, service connected disability, and conflict resolution. These issues have social, historical, and future relevance to entrepreneurial business consulting. The consulting projects he has completed cover many industries, such as, oil & gas, education, service connected disability, human resources, and conflict management. He is an honorably discharged service connected disabled veteran of Desert Storm.

Mr. Penn graduated from the University Of Houston Clear Lake (UHCL) with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Behavioral Sciences – Adult & Elderly Behavior. He is a Certified Mediator, Chemical Dependency Counselor and Group Facilitator. At UHCL, he also earned a Master of Art (M.A.) in Cross-Cultural Communication & Global Studies and studied conflict management (Alternative Dispute Resolution) at the UHCL “Center for Conflict Analysis and Management”. Mr. Penn graduated with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Texas Southern University. Larry was a United States Mickey Leland Congressional Fellow and a Judicial Clerk with the Harris County 190th Civil District Court. Mr. Penn is also a Certified Contact Tracer/Wellness Monitor.

Larry has command of training and group processes. Furthermore, he facilitates, models, and delivers workshops and trainings for individuals, C-suite leadership, employees and cross-functional teams. Examples of his skill-sets include, but are not limited to; Landman, human resources, service connected disability claims, organizational behavior, the Americans with Disabilities Act, reviewing and writing policy and procedures, contracts, and creating companies.
